Minxware Manufacturing Planning includes Material Requirements Planning,Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and Master Production Scheduling.Minxware Material Requirements Planning handles all tasks associated withdetermining the materials needed for the production process. Input forMRP is taken from various files in the Minxware system including theInventory Part File, Bill of Material File, Forecast Demand File, WorkOrder File, and Purchase Order File, and is used to gross demands forparts and assemblies.Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) maintains information on all bills ofresources in the manufacturing process. Output from RCCP shows detail andsummary information, in weekly or monthly form, concerning resources orrequirements.
